The customer has the right to exchange or return if a different product than the one ordered is received. - The order cannot be canceled after it has been changed to (being processed) status. - Products requested with special specifications by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. - The delivery or shipping fee is non-refundable. - In case of return or exchange, the customer bears the shipping or delivery costs. - The refund amount will be transferred to the customer via bank transfer within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product, provided that the product is in its original condition, free of any defect or damage. - The customer must enter the delivery address correctly; if there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause delays, non-delivery, or additional charges by the shipping company or delivery agent. - If the shipment arrives damaged internally, the customer must inform the shipping company before receiving the order, and then notify the store directly.
